1. General provisions1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the general principles, the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security for Individual Entrepreneur Demir Yulia Alexandrovna (hereinafter – IE, Operator).
1.2. The purpose of the Policy is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, strict and unswerving compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
1.3. The Policy was developed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter – the Personal Data Law), other legislative and regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for working with personal data and requirements for ensuring their security.
1.4. The following basic terms are used in the Policy:

Operator – Individual entrepreneur Demir Yulia Alexandrovna, independently organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data.

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Confidentiality of personal data – a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.

2. Categories of subjects whose personal data are processed2.1. The Individual Entrepreneur processes personal data of the following categories of individuals:

Buyers (Clients) – individuals who make purchases in the online store, including registered website users, individuals placing orders without registration, applying for warranty service, exchange, and return of goods.
·
Potential buyers – individuals who have subscribed to receive informational and promotional newsletters (news, promotions, special offers).
·
Applicants – individuals who send their resumes and documents to the Individual Entrepreneur for consideration of their candidacy for employment.
·
Contractors – individuals who are representatives of supplier organizations, contractors, service companies, courier services, with whom the Sole Proprietor is or intends to enter into contractual relations.
·
Website Visitors – unregistered (unauthorized) visitors to the site, in respect of whom impersonal data (cookies, IP-address, browser information, etc.) may be collected to analyze traffic, improve site performance and display relevant advertising.
3. Purposes of personal data processing3.1. Personal data processing is carried out by the individual entrepreneur for the following purposes:
· Conclusion, execution and termination of sales contracts (registration, processing, delivery of orders, provision of services).
· Providing feedback to the Client, informing about order status, conducting surveys and processing requests.
· Ensuring the possibility of return, exchange of goods, provision of warranty service.
· Sending informational, advertising and news materials about goods, promotions and special offers (with the consent of the subject).
· Consideration of candidates for employment.
· Conclusion and execution of contracts with counterparties.
· Analysis of user activity on the Website to improve its operation, content and usability.
· Fulfillment of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (in particular, tax, accounting).
4. Legal grounds for personal data processing4.1. The processing of personal data by the individual entrepreneur is carried out on the following legal grounds:
· Consent of the subject to the processing of their personal data (for mailing, analysis of behavior on the site).
· Conclusion and execution of a contract to which the subject is a party (purchase and sale agreement).
· Fulfillment of obligations imposed by law on the Operator (for example, maintaining tax and accounting records).
· Exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
4.2. The individual entrepreneur does not process special categories of personal data (concerning racial, national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life).
4.3. The individual entrepreneur does not process biometric personal data.
4.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data by the sole proprietor is not carried out.
5. Composition of processed personal data5.1. Depending on the category of the subject and the purpose of processing, the sole proprietor may process the following data:
· For Buyers: Full name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address, payment card data (in encrypted form via secure payment gateways), order history.
· For newsletter subscribers: email address, name.
· For Applicants: Full name, contact details, education and professional experience contained in the resume.
· For Counterparties: Full name, position, contact details (phone, e-mail).
· For Website Visitors: anonymized data about internet sessions (cookie, IP address, browser type, operating system).
6. Procedure and conditions for processing personal data6.1. Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools.
6.2. The Sole Proprietor takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions.
6.3. Confidentiality of personal data is maintained, except when the subject has made the data publicly available, or when their disclosure is required at the request of authorized state bodies in accordance with the law.
6.4. The Sole Proprietor has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party (for example, a delivery service, a payment aggregator) on the basis of an agreement concluded with such a person and only with the consent of the subject (if required by law). The agreement obliges the third party to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
7. Consent to the processing of personal data7.1. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the subject freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
7.2. The Buyer's consent to the processing of data necessary for the execution of the sales contract is expressed by performing conclusive actions (placing an order, filling out the corresponding forms on the Website).
7.3. Consent to receive advertising and informational newsletters is provided by checking a separate, non-pre-installed box (checkbox) in a special field when placing an order, registering on the Website or in the subscription form.
7.4. Consent may be revoked by the subject by sending a corresponding written application to the Sole Proprietor's address or to the email address famekey.clients@gmail.com. In case of revocation of consent, the Sole Proprietor ceases data processing and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 days, unless data retention is required for purposes provided by law.
8. Rights of the personal data subject8.1. The personal data subject has the right to:
· Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data.
· Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
· Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.
· Demand the elimination of unlawful actions of the individual entrepreneur regarding their personal data.
· Protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and moral harm in court.
8.2. To exercise their rights, the subject may send a request to the email address: famekey.clients@gmail.com or to the individual entrepreneur's postal address specified in section 10. The request must contain information allowing the subject to be identified.
9. Measures to ensure the security of personal data9.1. The security of personal data is ensured by implementing a coordinated set of legal, organizational and technical measures, including:
· Identification of data security threats during their processing.
· Application of necessary technical means of information protection (antivirus protection, unauthorized access prevention tools).
· Evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures taken.
· Accounting and storage of material carriers of personal data.
· Detection of unauthorized access to data and taking measures.
· Restoration of data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access.
· Restriction and differentiation of access to personal data, control of actions with them.
· Appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data.

11. Final Provisions11.1. This Policy is a publicly available document and shall be posted on the official website of the Individual Entrepreneur

11.2. The Individual Entrepreneur has the right to amend this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
11.3. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and to the relations between the personal data subject and the Individual Entrepreneur arising in connection with its application.
