1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the general principles, the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security for Individual Entrepreneur Demir Yulia Alexandrovna (hereinafter – IE, Operator).
1.2. The purpose of the Policy is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, strict and unswerving compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
1.3. The Policy was developed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter – the Personal Data Law), other legislative and regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for working with personal data and requirements for ensuring their security.
1.4. The following basic terms are used in the Policy:
·       Operator – Individual entrepreneur Demir Yulia Alexandrovna, independently organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data.
·       Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
·       Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
·       Confidentiality of personal data – a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
·       Individual Entrepreneur's Website/Online Store – a website on the Internet, located at: https://famekey-original.com.
2. Categories of subjects whose personal data are processed
2.1. The Individual Entrepreneur processes personal data of the following categories of individuals:
·       Buyers (Clients) – individuals who make purchases in the online store, including registered website users, individuals placing orders without registration, applying for warranty service, exchange, and return of goods.
·       Potential buyers – individuals who have subscribed to receive informational and promotional newsletters (news, promotions, special offers).
·       Applicants – individuals who send their resumes and documents to the Individual Entrepreneur for consideration of their candidacy for employment.
·       Contractors – individuals who are representatives of supplier organizations, contractors, service companies, courier services, with whom the Sole Proprietor is or intends to enter into contractual relations.
·       Website Visitors – unregistered (unauthorized) visitors to the site, in respect of whom impersonal data (cookies, IP-address, browser information, etc.) may be collected to analyze traffic, improve site performance and display relevant advertising.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
3.1. Personal data processing is carried out by the individual entrepreneur for the following purposes:
· Conclusion, execution and termination of sales contracts (registration, processing, delivery of orders, provision of services).
· Providing feedback to the Client, informing about order status, conducting surveys and processing requests.
· Ensuring the possibility of return, exchange of goods, provision of warranty service.
· Sending informational, advertising and news materials about goods, promotions and special offers (with the consent of the subject).
· Consideration of candidates for employment.
· Conclusion and execution of contracts with counterparties.
· Analysis of user activity on the Website to improve its operation, content and usability.
· Fulfillment of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (in particular, tax, accounting).
4. Legal grounds for personal data processing
4.1. The processing of personal data by the individual entrepreneur is carried out on the following legal grounds:
· Consent of the subject to the processing of their personal data (for mailing, analysis of behavior on the site).
· Conclusion and execution of a contract to which the subject is a party (purchase and sale agreement).
· Fulfillment of obligations imposed by law on the Operator (for example, maintaining tax and accounting records).
· Exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
4.2. The individual entrepreneur does not process special categories of personal data (concerning racial, national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life).
4.3. The individual entrepreneur does not process biometric personal data.
4.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data by the sole proprietor is not carried out.
5. Composition of processed personal data
5.1. Depending on the category of the subject and the purpose of processing, the sole proprietor may process the following data:
· For Buyers: Full name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address, payment card data (in encrypted form via secure payment gateways), order history.
· For newsletter subscribers: email address, name.
· For Applicants: Full name, contact details, education and professional experience contained in the resume.
· For Counterparties: Full name, position, contact details (phone, e-mail).
· For Website Visitors: anonymized data about internet sessions (cookie, IP address, browser type, operating system).
6. Procedure and conditions for processing personal data
6.1. Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools.
6.2. The Sole Proprietor takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions.
6.3. Confidentiality of personal data is maintained, except when the subject has made the data publicly available, or when their disclosure is required at the request of authorized state bodies in accordance with the law.
6.4. The Sole Proprietor has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party (for example, a delivery service, a payment aggregator) on the basis of an agreement concluded with such a person and only with the consent of the subject (if required by law). The agreement obliges the third party to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
7. Consent to the processing of personal data
7.1. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the subject freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
7.2. The Buyer's consent to the processing of data necessary for the execution of the sales contract is expressed by performing conclusive actions (placing an order, filling out the corresponding forms on the Website).
7.3. Consent to receive advertising and informational newsletters is provided by checking a separate, non-pre-installed box (checkbox) in a special field when placing an order, registering on the Website or in the subscription form.
7.4. Consent may be revoked by the subject by sending a corresponding written application to the Sole Proprietor's address or to the email address famekey.clients@gmail.com. In case of revocation of consent, the Sole Proprietor ceases data processing and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 days, unless data retention is required for purposes provided by law.
8. Rights of the personal data subject
8.1. The personal data subject has the right to:
· Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data.
· Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
· Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.
· Demand the elimination of unlawful actions of the individual entrepreneur regarding their personal data.
· Protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and moral harm in court.
8.2. To exercise their rights, the subject may send a request to the email address: famekey.clients@gmail.com or to the individual entrepreneur's postal address specified in section 10. The request must contain information allowing the subject to be identified.
9. Measures to ensure the security of personal data
9.1. The security of personal data is ensured by implementing a coordinated set of legal, organizational and technical measures, including:
· Identification of data security threats during their processing.
· Application of necessary technical means of information protection (antivirus protection, unauthorized access prevention tools).
· Evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures taken.
· Accounting and storage of material carriers of personal data.
· Detection of unauthorized access to data and taking measures.
· Restoration of data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access.
· Restriction and differentiation of access to personal data, control of actions with them.
· Appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. This Policy is a publicly available document and shall be posted on the official website of the Individual Entrepreneur https://famekey-original.com.
11.2. The Individual Entrepreneur has the right to amend this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
11.3. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and to the relations between the personal data subject and the Individual Entrepreneur arising in connection with its application.
11.4. All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be communicated using the contact details specified in section 10.

            Individual entrepreneur Demir Yulia Alexandrovna, OGRNIP 313380109500045, INN 380130336709, hereinafter referred to as «Seller», publishes this Public Offer for the sale of goods by remote means in accordance 
with p. 2 art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Placing an order 
on the website https://famekey-original.com (hereinafter — «Website») is considered an acceptance of this Offer in accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and means the full consent of the Buyer 
with its terms.

1. General provisions
1.1. This Offer is a public offer by the Seller to conclude a sales contract with any legally capable individual.
1.2. Acceptance of the terms is carried out by placing an order 
on the Website.
1.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice. The current version is always posted on the Website. Changes 
do not apply to already placed orders.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this Offer and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ordered goods to the Buyer's ownership, 
and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. Price and Payment
3.1. In the Russian version of the Website, all prices are indicated in rubles and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment is made by the methods available at the time of placing the order.
3.3. The order is considered placed only after full payment.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is carried out across Russia and other regions through courier 
and transport services.
4.2. The delivery service is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately. The cost of delivery is non-refundable, except in cases provided by law.
4.3. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the remoteness of the region 
and the specifics of the transport service. The Seller is not responsible for their violation 
due to third parties.
4.4. The goods are transferred to the Buyer only after payment. Fitting upon receipt 
is not provided. Inspection is possible only after delivery.
4.5. The risk of accidental loss and damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred by the delivery service or courier.
4.6. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging, completeness and visible defects. After signing the documents of receipt, claims 
regarding completeness and appearance are not accepted.
4.7. If the delivery did not take place due to the fault of the Buyer (including: refusal 
from receipt, incorrect address, failure to pick up the order), the order is canceled, and the refund is made less the cost of delivery and return. Re-shipment is possible only by agreement and at the Buyer's expense.

5. Returns and exchanges 
5.1. Return of goods of proper quality
5.1.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse goods of proper quality, purchased remotely, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of receipt).
5.1.2. Returns are possible if the product appearance, brand tags, labels, protective seals, and packaging are preserved.
5.1.3. Returns are not accepted without the original branded packaging, which is an integral part of the product.
5.1.4. In the absence of the specified packaging, return or exchange is not possible.
5.1.5. Product exchange is not processed through the website and is carried out exclusively through the Seller's online managers. To arrange an exchange, the Buyer must first contact the manager using the contacts specified on the Website and agree on the details (article, size, delivery address, etc.).
5.1.6. Regardless of the reason for the exchange — whether it is the Seller's error (for example, the wrong size was sent) or the Buyer's error during ordering — re-shipment of the goods is possible only after receiving and checking the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse. This is necessary to confirm the preservation of the marketable condition, the presence of branded tags and completeness.
5.1.7. The returned goods are checked by the Seller within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt at the warehouse. After that, if the check result is positive, a new product is sent within 2 working days, if the required item is in stock.
5.1.8. Goods not subject to return are determined in accordance with 
with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of 19.01.1998.
5.1.9. The Buyer bears the costs of delivery of the return of goods of proper quality.

5.2. Return of goods of inadequate quality
5.2.1. In case of detection of defects or discrepancies (mis-sorting, damage, defect) due to the fault of the Seller, the return is carried out at the expense of the Seller.
5.2.2. A mandatory condition is the provision of photos/videos of the packaging and the defect, as well as a return act.
5.2.3. The Seller has the right to refuse a refund if the defects arose as a result of improper handling of the goods (washing, violation of wearing and storage conditions).

5.3. Refund
5.3.1. Funds are returned by the same method as the payment was made.
5.3.2. The refund period is 10 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received at the Seller's warehouse.
5.3.3. The actual crediting period depends on the regulations of payment systems 
and banks and may vary depending on the payment method.
5.3.4. The cost of delivery is not refundable, except in cases where the return is due to the fault of the Seller.

6. Responsibility of the parties
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of improper use or care of the goods.
6.2. The Seller does not accept claims regarding the appearance and completeness after the Buyer has accepted the goods.
6.3. Minor differences in color shade, fittings, or texture between the product and its image on the website are not defects and are not considered grounds 
for return.
6.4. The maximum liability of the Seller is limited to the order amount.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons, 
beyond its control (force majeure, actions of third parties, etc.).

7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations if this is due to circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure): natural disasters, military actions, failures in the operation of transport and information systems, actions of state bodies, etc.

8. Personal Data
8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order and complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. The Seller processes data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and does not transfer them to third parties, with the exception of delivery services and payment systems necessary for fulfilling the order.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes are to be resolved by the parties through negotiations and appeals to the Seller's support service.
9.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in court 
in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Unless otherwise provided by law, the dispute shall be considered at the location of the Seller.
9.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of this Offer as invalid does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. All rights and obligations of the parties are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
10.2. The Offer is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation 
and Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 612 dated 27.09.2007.
10.3. In all matters not regulated by this Offer, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
